Refunds
We have a 72 hour policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase your item and must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, ship the item back to us using a 
trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking information. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against any loss or damage during transit. Items must be in box for return approval with tags.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

ALL CUSTOM ITEMS/SIGNATURE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Cancellations
Order Cancellations are only acceptable within 48 hours. Full refunds will be issued via your original payment method minus any transaction fees. Refunds are completed and deposited within 1-5 business days depending on your financial institution. 

 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us and we will assist you.
