Order Processing is the initial stage of the order fulfillment process. This can take 1-3 day’s excluding US holidays.

2. SHIPPING

For regular raw or virgin bundles, shippings takes 7-10 business days. For all custom units, shipping can take 15-30 days. Please consider our durations provided on our website before the checkout process. It is important to consider this when calculating the expected arrival of your order or contacting our customer support team for assistance.

Once order has been placed and processed, refer to the tracking number that will be sent via email to the email address used in the order.
